Calorange was founded by Ambrose and Geetha Rajendram — partners in life and in enterprise — to bring decades of engineering, leadership and teaching to a new generation of organizations adopting AI.

A timeline of building.

Three companies, multiple continents, and an unbroken thread of curiosity.

  1. 1990

    Began careers in design engineering — automated test equipment, telecom hardware.

  2. 1992

    Co-founded Wavetek Automation in Bengaluru.

  3. 1994 – 2001

    Founded AG Systems — electronic design and manufacturing services for multinationals.

  4. 2004 – 2022

    Decades at HP across Bengaluru and Corvallis: hardware, firmware, software, data science and digital transformation.

  5. 2010

    Geetha founded R8 Fitness Academy — eventually certifying 1,000+ professionals.

  6. 2025

    Launched Calorange — AI, management and technical consulting.

Ambrose Rajendram

Co-founder · Technology & AI

35+ years across electrical hardware, systems engineering, software and data science. Most recently Principal Engineer and Digital Transformation Lead for HP's worldwide Inkjet R&D and Manufacturing organization (3,000+ employees across 5 countries).

  • • Built HP's data science team from the ground up; multiple patents.
  • • Led WW deployment of test platforms on HP high-volume manufacturing lines.
  • • Built low-cost robots that kept HP India shipping during 2020 lockdown.

Co-founder · People, Training & Strategy

Master trainer, educator and entrepreneur. Most recently Technical Trainer for HP's Page Wide Press, delivering ramp training across the United States. Founder of R8 Fitness Academy, where she certified over 1,000 fitness professionals.
